2026 Grant Cycle Information
The 2026 regular grant cycle for Josephine County Cultural Coalition (JCCC) opens on September 18th and closes on October 31st, 2025. Awards will be announced in December 2025 for projects taking place in 2026.
Grant Application Process
Review the Josephine County Cultural Coalition Grant Guidelines.
Click here for the Grant Application Instructions (pdf). Please closely follow these instructions. Incorrectly filled out applications may not be able to be included in the review process. The JCCC seek clarifications when able, but we cannot guarantee that we will ask for corrections in time for the application to be reviewed. The JCCC will need all of the following for each grant application:
- Narrative (as described in the Grant Application Instructions pdf)
- Cover Sheet (Word document) (pdf)
- Project Budget (Word document) (pdf)
Email your grant application package to info@jococulturalcoalition.org by 11:59 pm Pacific Time on October 31, 2025. Emailed proposals must be received by the deadline to be considered.
2025 Dates for 2026 Grant Cycle Timeline
September 18th, 2025: Grant cycle opens
October 31st, 2025: Grant cycle closes at 11:59 pm Pacific Time
December 2025: Applicants are notified of award or denial
During 2026: Interim project report may be due (refer to your organization’s contract)
December 31, 2026: Project completed and final report due
Please note – 2025 final grant reports must be received before 2026 funding will be released.
Requirements for Awarded Grants
Grant awards are paid upon receipt of a signed agreement.
Grant recipients are required to display the Josephine County Cultural Coalition and Oregon Cultural Trust logos on all advertising and displays of the project. In addition, all visual or oral publicity for the project must include the following acknowledgement: “Funded in part by the Josephine County Cultural Coalition and the Oregon Cultural Trust, together investing in Oregon’s arts, heritage, and humanities.“
Grant recipients should advise JCCC of activity dates so that board members may attend.
Reporting on Your Grant-Funded Project
If awarded a grant, an interim report may be due (refer to your specific contract) and the final report is due by December 31, 2026. Photos of activities are highly recommended and appreciated. See Reporting on Grants for the report forms and more information.

The JCCC no longer offers a separate cycle for mini-grants. All seekers of any funding in 2026 should submit in this cycle.
