The following Josephine County arts and culture organizations were awarded grants for projects taking place throughout 2020. Several of these projects were canceled or postponed because of the pandemic.
- Kat Greene, for Chinese Historical Fashion Show
- Cave Junction Farmer’s Market, for featured musicians
- Sunny Wolf Charter School, for art classes
- Rogue Gateway Rotary, for Porchfest
- Grants Pass/Josephine County Chamber of Commerce, for Exchange for Change teen urban/rural exchange
- Boys & Girls Clubs of the Rogue Valley, for Junior Picasso program
- Three Rivers Community Orchestra, for concerts
The following organizations were awarded mini-grants for projects taking place from June through December 2020:
- Barnstormers Theatre, for virtual performance equipment for Summer Melodrama and Charlotte’s Web
- Canine Angels, for the calendar project
- Grants Pass Museum of Art, for equipment for virtual museum tours
- RiverStars Performing Arts, for a virtual theatre/dance project
- Women’s Crisis Support Team, for metal butterfly art
