The 2022 regular grant cycle for Josephine County Cultural Coalition (JCCC) opens on September 15, 2021. Groups and individuals are invited to submit a grant application for 2022 projects. The grant cycle is open through November 1, 2021.
Grant application process
Review the Josephine County Cultural Coalition Grant Guidelines. Click here for the Grant Application Instructions (pdf). Along with your narrative, complete the following forms for your grant application:
Email your grant application package to email@example.com by 11:59 pm Pacific Time on November 1, 2021. Emailed proposals must be received by the deadline to be considered.
Grant cycle timeline
September 15, 2021: Grant cycle opens
November 1, 2021: Grant cycle closes at 11:59 pm Pacific Time
December 2021: Applicants are notified of award or denial
May 31, 2022: Interim project report due
December 31, 2022: Project completed and final report due
Requirements for awarded grants
Grant awards are paid upon receipt of a signed agreement.
Grant recipients are required to display the Josephine County Cultural Coalition and Oregon Cultural Trust logos on all advertising and displays of the project. In addition, all visual or oral publicity for the project must include the following acknowledgement: “Funded in part by the Josephine County Cultural Coalition and the Oregon Cultural Trust, together investing in Oregon’s arts, heritage, and humanities.“
Grant recipients should advise JCCC of activity dates so that board members can attend.
Reporting on your grant-funded project
If awarded a grant, an interim report is due May 31, 2021 and the final report is due December 31, 2021. Photos of activities are highly recommended. See Reporting on Grants for the report forms and more information.
